You can book directly through our website using our secure online booking system. Once booked, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details for your tour.
We accept all major debit and credit cards. Payments are processed securely at the time of booking.
A 20% non refundable deposit payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place on the tour. The 28 days prior to departure your 80% will be due and you will get a reminder email.

Absolutely. You’ll receive a confirmation email shortly after booking with everything you need to know for the day.
Our tours are full-day experiences, typically lasting between 6 and 8 hours, depending on the specific tour.
Start and finish times vary by tour, but all tours depart and return to Inverness on the same day. Exact times are shown on each tour page.
We keep our tours small, with a maximum of 7 guests, so everyone has space, comfort, and time to enjoy each stop.
Yes, our tours are suitable for most ages. If you have specific requirements or concerns, feel free to contact us before booking.
All of our Inverness day tours depart from central Inverness, close to hotels, guesthouses, and transport links. But please let us know where you are staying so we can pick you up from your accommodation.
We always pick our guests up from their hotel based in Inverness city centre.
That’s no problem — our Inverness pick-up locations are within easy walking distance of Inverness train and bus stations.
Please contact us as soon as possible. While we do our best to accommodate delays, tours must depart on time.
Your tour includes transport in a modern, comfortable vehicle, an experienced local guide, and all scheduled stops along the route.
Food and drinks are not included unless stated otherwise. We’ll stop at suitable locations where you can buy food during the tour.
Entry fees are not included unless specifically mentioned on the tour page.
Comfortable footwear, weather-appropriate clothing, and a camera are recommended. Scotland’s weather can change quickly, so layers are always a good idea.
